HOW BIG ARE THE SERVES?

The finger food items are between 1-4 bites each ie. the pork belly bites and tostadas can be eaten in one bite, the satay and samosas 3 or 4 bites.

Cocktail size mains are served on a 10cm diametre palm leaf plate. 

Festival size is like  the size meal you’d get at a market or a festival, the plates are  15cm in diametre.

The share plates alway have a little more than one serve per person as some people like to load up their plate and others like to go back for a second helping...no one goes hungry!

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE MY EVENT?

We do not give refunds but we will give you a credit for the amount paid that is valid for 12 months from the date of the event. 

CAN I TASTE YOUR FOOD?

Yes we can arrange a tasting for you at our kitchen. The cost is $50 for two people. We provide a selection from your chosen menu. 

DO YOU CATER FOR SMALL PARTIES? 

If you have a smaller group we can either drop the food off for you to serve yourselves ( minimums for each dish apply). Or  you can enjoy the luxury of a private chef experience. The price for this is $120 pp plus the cost of one waitstaff if you have 10 or more people. ($45 per hour). We will design a tailored menu to suit your tastes.

DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes, we can cater to most dietary requirements and allergies. We recommend you ask your guests to let you know of any dietary requirements they may have when they RSVP.

WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

We mostly service the Sunshine Coast from Noosa to Caloundra and up into the hinterland towns of Mapleton, Maleny and surrounds. However we will travel to Gympie or Brisbane or larger weddings or events.
